Skills
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Experience designing and developing instructor-led and e-learning content
- Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems and SCORM/AICC troubleshooting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and content tools (PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with learning design tools (Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond) preferred
- Experience maintaining SharePoint or intranet learning pages
- Project and vendor management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work extended hours/weekends when needed
Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual instructor-led training and team-building workshops
- Design and conduct team offsites in partnership with internal stakeholders
- Manage training logistics including scheduling, room/IT coordination, and travel arrangements
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials and post-training resources across modalities
- Support creation and troubleshooting of computer-based training and SCORM/AICC content
- Maintain and update learning content on intranet/SharePoint and promote programs
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and training budgets
- Track and analyze training feedback and effectiveness to drive continuous improvement
- Support development of leadership, HR/compliance, and soft-skills training initiatives
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- OR high school diploma/equivalency with 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Minimum 2+ years designing and developing training curriculum
