- Proficient in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS for modern web development
- Experience with full stack development including backend services (preferably .NET Core/C#)
- Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with React or Angular (or similar JS frameworks)
- Database experience (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar)
- Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines
- Comfort with UNIX-like operating systems and related tooling
- Strong attention to detail and experience profiling application performance
- U.S. work authorization per ITAR requirements
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain responsive, performant web applications for Starlink customers and internal users
- Develop highly available and fault-tolerant back-end services in a .NET Core microservice architecture running in Kubernetes
- Deliver clean, production-quality TypeScript, HTML, and CSS for modern browsers
- Collaborate on architecture, design, and code reviews with cross-functional engineering teams
- Investigate user problems and implement efficient, scalable solutions
- Implement CI/CD practices and participate in deployment and operations
- Profile and tune application performance for frontend and backend systems
- Contribute to internal tooling, consumer platforms, and web application subteams
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline and at least 1 year of software development experience (internship/project counts)
- OR 3+ years of professional full stack software development experience in lieu of a degree
