- Active FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 3 registrations
- Minimum three years of professional trade desk or advanced trading support experience
- Deep working knowledge of options, futures, margin and complex position breakdowns
- Strong verbal and written communication with de-escalation skills
- Ability to make rapid, high-quality decisions under pressure and across time zones
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer issues related to options, margin, futures and related derivative products using deep subject-matter knowledge.
- Identify and communicate potential customer or firm risk, escalating or mitigating as appropriate.
- Use internal tools (e.g., Salesforce, Twilio) to manage customer interactions across channels.
- Assist customers navigating the Robinhood app, web, and futures products with clear, technical explanations.
- Place closing trades for customers when necessary, applying brokerage and risk-management judgment.
- Research market events and discuss theoretical impacts with customers without providing investment advice.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or related field preferred
