Sr. Strategic Partner Account Manager

BambooHR is a people intelligence platform focused on transforming HR with thoughtful, sustainable growth. We're seeking a Senior Strategic Partner Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of Marketplace and Platform partners, drive revenue through co-sell and rev-share motions, and partner with marketing and sales to increase partner-sourced pipeline and deal influence.

Skills

  • Proven partner account management or channel sales experience in SaaS or HR tech
  • Strong revenue orientation with experience owning quotas, forecasts, and partner-driven pipeline
  • Experience with co-selling, rev-share relationships, and joint business planning
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze partner performance and build ROI-driven strategies
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Comfort with CRM/PRM tools and partner analytics

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive revenue growth across a category-specific partner portfolio, focusing on rev share, pipeline, and co-sell performance
  • Develop and execute strategic revenue plans with clear targets for lead generation, partner-influenced pipeline, and closed-won revenue
  • Hold partners accountable to revenue outcomes and drive partner contribution to pipeline
  • Lead Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews with emphasis on performance, ROI, and future revenue strategy
  • Expand monetization levers including co-selling, listing optimization, expansion plays, sponsorships, and pay-to-play opportunities
  • Collaborate with Marketing on co-marketing campaigns, events, and sponsorships to generate measurable pipeline
  • Create enablement strategies to increase partner visibility with BambooHR sellers and improve attach rates
  • Serve as subject matter expert on partner solutions and communicate value to internal teams
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on partner performance, pipeline, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Maintain deep category knowledge on competitive dynamics and emerging trends to inform partner strategy

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, HR, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Relevant professional certifications or training in partnerships, sales, or channel management preferred
