Skills
- 6+ years building production full-stack applications
- 5+ years backend development in C# and/or Java with service and API design
- 3+ years frontend experience with React or comparable UI frameworks
- 5+ years working with SQL and relational databases, including schema design and query optimization
- 3+ years in financial markets or trading technology (Fixed Income, Futures, or FX)
- Experience using AI tools within the software delivery lifecycle and validating AI outputs
- Experience supporting production systems during U.S. trading hours and participating in incident resolution
- Strong verbal and written communication for trader- and stakeholder-facing collaboration
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deliver trader-facing full-stack applications, including trade capture workflows and blotter interfaces
- Lead development of workflow automation to simplify front-office activity and reduce operational friction
- Partner with traders and portfolio managers to translate live workflows into software designs and prioritized delivery plans
- Own end-to-end delivery across frontend, backend, and data layers from problem framing through production rollout and validation
- Embed controls, observability, and supportability into trade flows in partnership with Operations and Compliance
- Use AI tools to accelerate implementation, refactoring, test generation, debugging, and documentation while validating outputs for safety and correctness
- Define and execute validation strategies for AI-assisted changes including automated tests and scenario coverage
- Participate in production support and incident resolution for critical Macro trading workflows, driving root-cause analysis and durable fixes
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent technical experience
