Sr. Program Manager, Employee Development

PitchBook (a Morningstar company) is a fast-evolving, collaborative organization investing in learning and skills development. The Sr. Program Manager, Employee Development will build enterprise capability—leading AI enablement efforts, owning foundational onboarding and competency programs, and partnering with HR, talent management, and business leaders to advance a skills-based approach to employee growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute PitchBook’s enterprise AI enablement strategy, including skills framework, persona-based learning paths, and applied use-case learning experiences
  • Own, sustain, and evolve foundational employee development programs that onboard employees to company values and core competencies
  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions such as workshops, self-directed resources, mentoring, and peer learning forums
  • Partner with Leadership Development, Talent Management, HRBPs and business leaders to align capability building with team priorities and measure impact
  • Enable managers with tools, guidance, and learning to coach skill growth and reinforce responsible AI use
  • Define, track, and report success metrics for AI enablement and employee development initiatives using data and feedback
  • Stay current on trends in L&D, AI enablement, and best practices for skills-based organizations
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and role-model company values and behaviors

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Ongoing professional development in L&D, talent development, or related fields encouraged
