Job Summary:
PayPal Ads is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Offsite Ads Supply to drive growth in its expanding Ads business. In this role, you will be at the forefront of curating 3rd party supply across web, mobile and CTV through strategic partnerships with Platforms and Publishers. Your expertise will play a crucial role in connecting advertisers with optimal supply and directly contribute to the scale and performance of PayPal’s Storefront Ads offering.Job Description:

• Execute a strategic roadmap for building and managing partnerships with key Platforms and Publishers to enhance advertising supply.
• Maintain and grow unique relationships that introduce efficient, prioritized supply access while ensuring preferred pricing models.
• Onboard, troubleshoot, and optimize direct publisher deals in collaboration with internal, technology partner, and publisher teams.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for unique capabilities in supply curation.
• Establish a supply analytics practice - highlighting reach and performance of publisher deals.
• Support the negotiating of contracts and agreements to optimize supply terms and conditions in favor of the organization and its partners.
• Collaborate seamlessly with Legal, Privacy, Product, AdOps, Sales, Marketing, and other key teams.
• Implement process improvements to enhance partnership effectiveness.
• Contribute to the development of broader PayPal partnership strategies.
