The Commerce Product team oversees subscription management features for the company’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) portfolio that includes Peacock in the United States as well as NOW and Sky Showtime in international markets. Combined, we serve more than 100 million users in 25 global markets. Our 300+ person organization manages back-end billing and payments systems as well as the front-end journeys that enable them. It includes design, engineering, data, and product. The stakeholder groups outside of our team include strategic growth, marketing, viewing/content, customer care, and more.
As a Product Manager on the Commerce “Upgrade and Retain (Mobile)” Product team, you will envisage, define, design, develop, test, and launch experiences that support business goals toward increasing subscription revenue and preventing voluntary churn on our mobile apps.
You will do this by orienting your vision toward the unique traits of mobile apps, by critically examining the usage data and patterns of our mobile users, and experimenting with rigor. Your end-products and journeys will be elegant, honest, and innovative while delivering both the goals of the business and the wants of users.
Of course, you won’t do this without help — you will collaborate closely with engineering, data, partnerships, design, research, and more. As a Product Manager, you will be at the center of all of these teams, inspiring innovation, advocating for best-in-class solutions, and driving alignment all along the way through execution.
