Customer Experience Program Manager

Blueprint Technologies is a technology solutions firm focused on connecting strategy, products, and services to help organizations unlock value from existing assets. They are seeking a Customer Experience Program Manager to drive execution, readiness, and validation for complex customer-facing programs, manage UAT and phased rollouts, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-moving enterprise environment.

  • Cross-functional stakeholder coordination without direct authority
  • Risk, dependency, and issue tracking with mitigation planning
  • Strong written and verbal communication and executive presentations
  • Hands-on use of collaboration and productivity tools (doc repositories, planning tools, presentation software)
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage integrated workback plans across readiness, validation, communications, and launch milestones
  • Drive program operating cadences (stand-ups, readiness checkpoints, executive reviews)
  • Plan and execute end-to-end UAT and validation programs, including ring-based deployments
  • Coordinate participant readiness, access provisioning, logistics, and capture structured testing feedback
  • Manage phased rollouts with clear entry/exit criteria, office hours, iteration cycles, and issue triage
  • Partner with engineering to align timelines, translate field feedback into prioritized insights, and support pilot communities
  • Coordinate readiness activities: communications, learning assets, publication workflows, and compliance reviews
  • Act as the connective tissue across program leaders, CX teams, learning partners, vendors, and engineering to maintain shared artifacts and aligned messaging

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Relevant program/project management certifications (preferred but not required)
  • Continuing education or coursework in program management, product readiness, or related disciplines preferred
