Skills
- Expert-level Workday Studio development and integrations experience
- Proficiency in Java, XSLT and HTML for Workday integrations
- Experience with Workday Orchestrations, EIBs and Cloud Connect (including Global Payroll Connect)
- Strong systems architecture and integration pattern design
- Familiarity with Google Cloud and Vertex AI applied to enterprise workflows
- Robust debugging, monitoring, and resilience engineering skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Cloud Connect, and Orchestrations.
- Architect secure, resilient, and high-performance data flows across the global HR tech stack, including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and learning systems.
- Lead exploration and implementation of AI/agentic workflows to automate complex HR processes and create intelligent, autonomous orchestration.
- Partner with IT and engineering teams to integrate Google technologies (including Vertex AI) into HR workflows and automation solutions.
- Define integration standards, best practices, and governance; conduct rigorous code and design reviews.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and manage expectations with senior stakeholders across IT and Talent.
- Diagnose root causes, drive long-term solutions, and maintain high reliability of integrations in a global, multi-timezone environment.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (Master’s) preferred but not required
