As a Dealership Technology Success Consultant, you will be the driving force behind the adoption of a new online service reservation platform at your assigned dealers. You will coach, train and empower dealership teams to embrace this new technology – turning hesitation into confidence and complexity into simplicity. You will be provided with training that will allow you to lead your assigned dealers through the installation process and continue to provide post-installation support to ensure they are utilizing the new technology to its full potential.
What you’ll do
· Lead onboarding and Training – deliver engaging, hands-on training session (virtual and in-person) that bring dealership teams up to speed on new technology
· Coach & Mentor – work side by side with dealership employee, offering personalized guidance and ongoing support to build lasting skills
· Build trusted relationships- serve as go-to partner for dealership management, fostering trust and ensuring alignment with their goals
· Analyze & Improve- collect feedback, identify adoption barriers and recommend actional improvements to optimize technology utilization
· Manage your territory – coordinate travel logistics (up to 80%, including overnights and flights) while maintain detailed records of visits and travel expenses.
· Champion Success – track key performance metrics and celebrate dealer milestones, driving measurable improvements in technology adoption.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate may not have been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At MSXi, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current annual range is $60k to $73k based on current experience.
