Seeking an AI Enablement & Strategy Consultant to lead MagicSchool's AI transformation, focusing on enabling team self-sufficiency through playbook development and strategic recommendations.
Responsibilities: Drive functional enablement, develop competency frameworks, track AI adoption metrics, create strategic roadmaps, and facilitate knowledge transfer among team members.
Skills: Management consulting, B2B SaaS expertise, understanding of LLMs, change management, and autonomous operational skills.
Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of consulting experience with 2 years in AI strategy; familiarity with EdTech and experience in agile, fractional roles preferred.
Location: Remote with some expected travel to Denver.
Compensation: $200 - $300 / Hourly
