Overview:
LinkedIn is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to work within LinkedIn's Physical Infrastructure Program Management team. The right candidate will have demonstrated leadership and technical acumen in leading teams and programs to deliver successful outcomes. You will be involved in strategy, inception, and execution of our infrastructure projects, as well as initiating, planning, and executing intermediate-to-large scale cross-functional programs. The ideal candidate has balance of people, organizational, and technical skills, and can execute successfully in situations where authority is not a given. Interaction and leadership across functional lines is essential.
Our Physical Infrastructure Engineering team powers LinkedIn by driving the full lifecycle of our data centers - from inception to delivery - while overseeing the critical systems and operations that form the backbone of LinkedIn's services, development ecosystems, and the website you know today. As LinkedIn expands its global network and data center footprint over the coming decade, this team ensures our infrastructure continues to lead the industry in scalability, reliability, efficiency, and future readiness. Compensation:
LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $114,000 to $187,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
