Skills: Experience in customer service, technical support, strong communication skills, multitasking, and familiarity with MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred, with at least 1 year in customer service and a strong understanding of K-12 educational products.

Compensation: $50 - $60 / Annually
