Clinical Revenue Management - Project Manager

Kodiak Solutions is a healthcare-focused technology and services company delivering cloud-based platforms and automated workflows for healthcare finance, unclaimed property, risk management, and revenue cycle optimization. We are seeking a technically strong, client-facing Project Manager with healthcare project and revenue cycle experience to lead clinical revenue management implementations, manage stakeholder relationships, control scope and timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery and ROI for customers.

Skills

  • Proven project management and consulting experience in healthcare implementations
  • Knowledge of hospital revenue cycle processes, with emphasis on mid-revenue cycle
  • Strong financial and analytical capability to track benefits and ROI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and common project management tools
  • Experience developing governance, change management, and stakeholder communication plans
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for client engagements

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact and build long-term customer relationships throughout project lifecycle
  • Scope, plan, and manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, ensuring on-time delivery
  • Develop project timelines, governance frameworks, communication plans, and change management strategies
  • Coordinate project meetings, document agendas/minutes/action items, and follow up to drive progress
  • Manage project scope, identify change orders or contract amendments, and pursue expansion opportunities
  • Oversee internal project financial processes, support invoicing, and maintain customer ROI tracking
  • Anticipate risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure high-quality execution of deliverables

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field required
  • MBA, MHA, or MPH highly desirable
