Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to merchant locations to build relationships and understand store-level needs
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned stores, delivering consistent, high-quality service
- Resolve operational issues raised by merchant partners promptly and effectively
- Monitor and report KPIs for each store and communicate performance updates to merchants and internal teams
- Lead onboarding and deliver group and one-on-one training for new merchant partners
- Identify in-store growth opportunities and share insights with merchant and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with the National Account Manager to develop and execute strategic territory plans
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Relevant professional experience in retail, sales, or account management accepted in lieu of degree
