The ideal candidate will be a poised and articulate consultant with an ability to engage clients in a meaningful, high-level discussions about their business and hiring needs. The successful candidate would be adept at asking insightful questions, actively listening, and providing valuable initial thoughts. Willingness to work a flexible schedule: You will be in charge of your calendar, but availability outside of regular hours is a plus
