Inside Sales Representative, MM (PAM)

Keeper Security is a fast-growing cybersecurity company that protects millions of users and thousands of organizations globally with its PAM and zero-trust solutions. Keeper is seeking a quota-carrying Inside Sales Representative (Mid-Market/Commercial) to generate new business, manage full sales cycles, and build lasting customer relationships through cold outreach, demos, and pipeline management in a 100% remote capacity.

Skills

  • 3+ years selling software into IT organizations, ideally Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience with Salesforce (CRM) for pipeline and forecasting
  • Web-conference demo experience
  • Strong cold-calling and outbound prospecting skills
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and customer relationships

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and target new customers through cold outreach (phone and email) and lead generation campaigns
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closed revenue
  • Conduct web-conference demos and facilitate proposal reviews for new business opportunities
  • Maintain and grow a constant pipeline of prospective customers
  • Schedule and hold regular sales meetings with prospective clients
  • Ensure customers are on active Keeper contracts and meet quota targets
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Keeper products, staying current on updates and new offerings
  • Use Salesforce to accurately track pipeline, account activity and forecast

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Relevant sales or technical certifications are a plus
