You will partner closely with engineering and leadership teams to understand hiring needs, build structured recruiting strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. Accountabilities:
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing
  • Partner with engineering and recruiting leadership to define hiring needs, role requirements, and team culture
  • Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines across backend, full-stack, infrastructure, and other technical areas
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and smooth interview processes
  • Represent the company’s technical brand and value proposition effectively in the marketplace
  • Track recruiting performance using metrics and continuously refine processes, tools, and strategies
  • Participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and other talent initiatives to expand the candidate network

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, ideally in high-growth tech environments or startups
  • Strong sourcing and outreach skills, with the ability to creatively engage passive talent
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Skilled at building diverse and inclusive candidate pipelines
  • Experience partnering with leadership to develop structured hiring strategies
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset, using metrics and feedback to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness
