This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of payroll and benefits operations within a fast-growing, global technology environment. You will oversee multi-state payroll execution and U.S. employee benefits administration, ensuring employees are paid correctly and benefits are managed in line with regulatory requirements. The position requires strong technical payroll expertise combined with deep knowledge of U.S. employment laws and benefits structures. You will collaborate closely with People Operations, Finance, and external vendors to support scalable, compliant, and employee-focused processes. This is a highly detail-oriented and operationally impactful role where accuracy and compliance are essential to business continuity.
