Strategic Planning: Develop and own the regional field marketing strategy aligned with sales priorities to consistently drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Integrated Program Execution: Lead the end-to-end management of roadshows, executive engagements, webinars, and account-based initiatives, including budgeting, logistics, and promotion.
Sales Partnership: Partner closely with regional sales leadership on territory plans and account engagement strategies to accelerate pipeline velocity.
Demand Generation: Execute targeted, high-impact campaigns and experiences designed to engage enterprise-level decision-makers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with partner marketing, content, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and successful joint co-marketing initiatives.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on program performance and ROI, using data-driven insights to optimize future marketing impact.
Professional Experience: 7+ years of field marketing experience specifically within a high-tech, B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Sales Alignment: Proven success in partnering with enterprise sales teams and leadership to drive revenue-generating programs.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-channel field programs across diverse regions or territories.
Mobility: Ability to travel approximately 15-25% to support regional events and stakeholder meetings.
