- Ability to evaluate coding style, approach, and problem-solving under time constraints
- Reliable webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection
Responsibilities
- Facilitate live technical interviews using Karat’s platform, creating a professional and inclusive candidate experience
- Assess candidates’ coding skills, problem-solving approach, communication, and technical knowledge objectively
- Provide structured, timely feedback and scoring on candidate performance
- Collaborate with Karat on testing and iterating interview content, processes, and platform features
- Follow Karat’s evaluation rubrics and standards to reduce bias and improve hiring signal quality
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience preferred
- Formal degree not strictly required if equivalent professional experience is demonstrated
- Resumes must be submitted in English
