Job Description
Informa TechTarget is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Analyst to join our organization. In this key role, you’ll provide essential pre-sales support, collaborating with multiple departments to drive successful sales initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a strong sales support mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of TechTarget’s products and pricing by working closely with various pre-sales and post-sales departments.
Request campaign inventory and collaborate with internal teams to get program parameters in place to set forth client recommendations.
Price out products for proposal components in various formats:
Develop PowerPoint presentations
Format details into agency templates (Excel).
Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and approve Insertion Orders (IOs), Purchase Orders (POs), and sales contracts.
Oversee and distribute approved Insertion Orders, ensuring proper circulation to relevant teams.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to manage contract bookings, revenue allocation and invoicing needs.
Act as the primary support for our sales team, responding swiftly to needs and aiding in business achieved.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment.
A detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems, PowerPoint, and Excel
A flexible, team-oriented approach with a problem-solving mindset.
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
1-3 years of experience in sales support, account management, or a related field.
The salary range for this position is $50k-$60k based on experience.
