Partner Account Manager - Washington

Human Interest is a high-growth fintech on a mission to expand access to retirement benefits for employees at small and medium-sized businesses. The Partner Account Manager will build and scale referral and partner relationships (HCM partners, tech partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors) to drive pipeline, revenue, and market expansion across the U.S.

Skills

  • Relationship development and account management
  • Quota-driven sales and pipeline generation
  • Experience working with HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, or financial advisors
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Cross-functional collaboration and project management
  • Comfortable with regular field travel (ability to be in the field ~3 days/week)

Responsibilities

  • Develop, build, and grow referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors focused on the SMB market
  • Create and execute strategic referral networks and partner-led lead generation programs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to resolve partner issues and optimize partner experience
  • Partner with Partner Marketing to design and run co-marketing initiatives (events, webinars, email campaigns) that drive demand
  • Set partner business goals and performance metrics and execute go-to-market strategies to meet pipeline and revenue targets
  • Track partner performance, manage sales cycles in Salesforce, and report on KPIs and OTE attainment

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Relevant training or certifications in sales, partnerships, or SMB channels a plus
