This role owns the execution and activation of Harvey’s brand partnerships. You will ensure partnerships translate into well-run campaigns, thoughtful on-site activations, and meaningful experiences for customers and partners. Working closely with marketing, business development, and sales, you will manage the operational side of partnerships from contract signing through delivery.
The role combines partnership management with hospitality-focused event execution. Success comes from running complex campaigns reliably, maintaining strong partner relationships, and delivering polished experiences that reflect Harvey’s brand.
Lead the execution of brand partnerships once agreements are signed, ensuring all contractual deliverables and campaigns are completed on time and to a high standard.
Manage end-to-end coordination of partnership activations across events, campaigns, and on-site experiences.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner-facing logistics, maintaining clear communication and strong working relationships with brand partners.
Oversee hospitality for partner-related activations, including food and beverage, guest invitations, nametags, swag, and special requests from sales teams.
Coordinate on-site partner activations to ensure smooth execution and a consistent, high-quality brand experience.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and events teams to ensure partnerships support broader go-to-market goals.
Maintain clear timelines, project plans, and documentation to keep partnership campaigns organized and predictable.
6+ years of experience in brand partnerships, field marketing or events marketing
Experience managing hospitality-forward experiences, including executive or VIP events.
Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and external partners.
Experience delivering integrated partnership activations across events, campaigns, and on-site experiences.
A detail-oriented and service-minded approach to partner and guest experience.
