Field & Partner Marketing Manager, West

Halcyon is an adaptive security platform focused on stopping ransomware, built by seasoned cyber industry leaders. We're looking for a strategic, execution-oriented Field & Partner Marketing Manager to drive pipeline and partner success in the WEST region through regional campaigns, partner co-marketing, events, and enablement.

Skills

  • Experience managing co-marketing programs with cybersecurity alliances and channel partners (MSSPs, VARs).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity buyer personas (CISO, SOC, security architects) and enterprise buying cycles.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Marketo).
  • Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution and measurement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional campaigns and co-marketing programs with MSSPs, VARs, and technology partners to generate qualified leads and accelerate deals.
  • Plan and run webinars, field events, local roundtables, ABM initiatives, digital campaigns, and conference activations tailored to the West region.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders and account teams to align territory plans and pipeline needs.
  • Partner with product marketing and sales enablement to create messaging and materials for CISOs, security architects, and IT leaders.
  • Create co-branded assets, partner campaign kits, and support partner onboarding and activation.
  • Measure and report campaign performance, ensure lead routing/partner attribution, and optimize programs using Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
  • Manage partner MDF budgets, approvals, and ROI alignment.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Relevant marketing or security certifications are a plus.
