Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and lead teams through quarterly planning
- Develop and manage end-to-end program plans to meet quarterly objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional programs across a matrixed organization
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve cross-team dependencies and inefficiencies
- Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for project deliverables
- Define, track, and report metrics and KPIs for program delivery
- Communicate progress and status to stakeholders and leadership
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, and other functions
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (required)
