The role
We’re building out the GTM team at Flipturn with a Growth Associate.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the top of the funnel - executing campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified pipeline and book meetings with senior decision-makers across fleet, real estate, and other sectors.
You’ll work to refine our outbound strategy, shape messaging, and identify new opportunities in a fast-moving and rapidly growing industry.
This is an ideal role if you want to learn how a high-growth climate tech startup builds its commercial engine and if you’re eager to grow into an full-cycle Account Executive role quickly.
What you’ll work on
You’ll be responsible for generating qualified opportunities. Specifically:
Run multi-channel outreach: Manage outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to drive demand and book demos
Map accounts: Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations
Test and iterate: Experiment with new messaging, outreach sequences, and creative tactics to increase conversion rates
Collaborate: Partner with the growth team to analyze campaign performance and continually improve playbooks
Build for scale: Help create scripts, processes, and documentation that future GTM Associates will use as we scale the team

Qualifications
1–3 years of work experience
Experience in SDR/BDR capacity

Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfort with GTM tooling (CRM, sales intelligence tools) preferred
