What You'll Do

As an Agent in Training, you will:

  • Prospect new clients through outbound calling, lead follow-up, networking, and referrals

  • Evaluate client needs and recommend tailored insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial coverage

  • Sell and cross-sell products to achieve monthly production goals

  • Follow up on open quotes and leads provided by the agency

  • Provide outstanding customer service and foster strong client relationships

  • Stay organized by using CRM tools and ensuring policy records are accurate

  • Take part in ongoing training, team meetings, and growth initiatives

What You Bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, insurance, or customer-facing roles

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

  • Comfort with outbound calls, digital communication, and in-person engagement

  • A goal-driven mindset and dedication to professional growth

  • Ability to quickly learn insurance products, systems, and compliance

  • Property & Casualty and/or Life license preferred (or willingness to obtain)

  • Bilingual ability is a plus
