The Mission:

Solving the Communication Crisis in Healthcare Medical error is the third leading cause of death worldwide, with many cases stemming from miscommunication between clinicians. EQL Tech is recruiting for the founding U.S. sales team for an elite AI company fixing this problem at scale. Their AI-driven training platform is used by universities and hospitals globally to ensure that when it matters most, clinicians communicate with precision.

The Opportunity:

A Rare Launchpad This is a "Founding Team" role in Austin, Texas. You aren't joining a legacy corporation to be a "cog in the machine"; you are joining a mission-driven AI company to help build its U.S. presence from the ground up. You will work directly with the founders and CEO, gaining mentorship that isn't available in standard entry-level roles.

  • No SDR Support: There is no marketing engine feeding you leads.
  • No Safety Net: You will self-generate 100% of your own pipeline.
