Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of up to ~30 franchise owners, building collaborative, trust-based relationships
- Conduct business assessments and develop customized action plans to improve performance
- Lead regular coaching calls and meetings to review KPIs and hold franchisees accountable
- Onboard and ramp new franchisees, delivering training, workshops, and webinars
- Perform field visits to evaluate operations, enforce brand standards, and provide actionable recommendations
- Analyze financials (P&Ls, sales data, margins) and advise on pricing, job costing, and profitability
- Implement and reinforce SOPs and share system-wide best practices
- Support brand initiatives, regional trainings, vendor relationships, and continuous improvement projects
- Identify expansion and local market growth opportunities specific to roofing and exterior services
- Travel up to 25% to support franchisees and attend meetings/trainings
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Equivalent work experience in franchise operations or business consulting accepted
