Key responsibilities:
CRM Management
· Manage the planning of CRM campaigns across Primo’s portfolio of brands.
· Develop and manage customer journeys to deliver personalized and relevant content.
· Maintain the CRM calendar, aligning messaging across campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
· Collaborate with brand teams to ensure content reflects brand voice, drives engagement, and complies with legal and privacy requirements, managing the routing of proofs through brand and legal.
· Monitor CRM KPIs (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and provide actionable insights to continuously improve performance.
Loyalty Program Oversight (Rewards Drop)
· Oversee the day-to-day management of Rewards Drop, ensuring seamless user experience, tracking bugs fixes and flagging optimization opportunities.
· Manage the execution of digital promotions to increase member enrollment, retention, and engagement with the program, such as sweepstakes, special promotions, and retailer programs.
· Partner with agency team to track loyalty performance metrics (active members, redemptions, repeat purchase behavior).
· Manage routing and approvals of new rewards quarterly.
· Manage routing and approvals with cross functional stakeholders (brand, sales, and delivery teams).
Sweepstakes Execution
· Support the execution of national and regional sweepstakes across digital channels (email, social media, websites, paid media).
· Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
· Coordinate central hub of sweepstakes and promotions collateral including key visuals, sweepstakes rules, winner details, and promotion SOWs.
· Coordinate post promotion wrap report collaborating with cross functional teams (web, social, loyalty, CRM, event, and partnerships when applicable).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Assist Associate Director of Strategy and Activation as a connector between brand marketing, creative, legal, analytics, and external partners to ensure cohesive execution.
· Manage vendor relationships for CRM platforms, loyalty technologies, and sweepstakes administration.
· Maintain compliance with data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and company policies.
Requirements:
· 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with CRM, loyalty, or promotional campaign management.
· Proven experience driving first-party data growth through multi-channel digital campaigns.
· Solid grasp of email marketing best practices, data privacy laws, and compliance requirements.
· Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
· Analytical mindset with a passion for measuring performance and optimizing strategies based on insights.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and with external partners

The annual salary range for this position is $68,000-$100,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
