Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact to define and design solutions for projects across diverse industries
- Analyze business processes and align ERP solution designs with organizational goals
- Develop and implement ERP configurations and workflows based on customer requirements
- Identify, predict, and manage key issues and risks; provide actionable recommendations
- Evaluate customer needs to determine optimal application configuration and workflows
- Coordinate with Product and Development teams to ensure accurate solution implementation
- Troubleshoot business flow gaps, determine root causes, and develop short- and long-term remediation plans
- Create technical design documents, configuration specifications, and implementation documentation
- Provide internal technical training and mentorship to enable team members
- Stay current on ERP trends, technologies and industry best practices
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, computer science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
