Director of Employer Partnerships

Correlation One is a global leader in AI and data workforce development, partnering with employers, governments, and education providers to train and place job-ready talent. We are seeking a Director of Employer Partnerships to build and scale employer relationships and hiring pipelines—particularly for Amazon Career Choice graduates and state-registered apprenticeship programs—to drive measurable placement outcomes and employer satisfaction.

Skills

  • Proven employer partnerships or business development experience within workforce development, staffing, or employer-sponsored training.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills with hiring leaders and talent acquisition teams.
  • Deep familiarity with registered apprenticeship models, workforce programs, and employer incentive structures.
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and managing data-driven pipelines and reporting.
  • Understanding of skills-based hiring trends and non-degree talent pipelines in corporate environments.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close employer partnerships aligned with Correlation One program tracks (data analytics, cybersecurity, IT support, operations).
  • Build and maintain a scalable employer pipeline across industries including tech, finance, healthcare, logistics, and professional services.
  • Design and negotiate partnership agreements covering hiring commitments, interview pipelines, and co-branded talent programs.
  • Recruit and onboard employers into state-registered apprenticeship programs and educate them on incentives and compliance.
  • Serve as primary employer relationship owner for Amazon Career Choice graduate placement and align graduate profiles with employer needs.
  • Track and report employer partnership KPIs (active partners, interviews scheduled, hires, employer NPS) and present results to leadership.
  • Maintain CRM-based employer pipeline (HubSpot preferred) and provide market intelligence to inform program design.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline) or equivalent relevant experience in workforce development, sales, or partnerships.
  • Relevant professional development or certifications in workforce programs, apprenticeship administration, or sales/partnerships are a plus.
