- Proven program/project management experience with complex technical programs
- Strong written and verbal communication for varied audiences and customer briefing
- Budgeting, schedule control, and risk management
- Customer-facing contract and performance management
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams
- PMP certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance (or ability to sponsor)
- Willingness to be onsite 4-5 days/week and travel up to 15%
Responsibilities
- Lead full program lifecycle ensuring cost, schedule, and performance goals are met
- Oversee technical and operational planning, resource allocation, and contract deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, and BD
- Serve as primary POC to customer COTR/technical contacts for contract, cost, schedule, and performance
- Monitor program progress and report status and milestones to leadership and customers
- Manage program budget, resource allocation, and financial controls
- Document and manage scope changes and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Support preparation and delivery of technical reports and contract deliverables
Education
- B.S. in engineering, computer science, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
- Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance
