Strategic Partnerships Manager, Marketing Programs

Dinova, part of Buyers Edge Platform, operates a large business dining network and is hiring a Strategic Partnerships Manager to own card-linked restaurant marketing programs. The role combines partnership management, marketing strategy, and technical program execution to design effective card-linked campaigns, enable sales and account teams, and resolve operational issues to drive results for restaurant partners.

Skills

  • Working knowledge of card-linking technology, loyalty platforms, or transaction-based marketing programs.
  • Experience creating sales collateral and account management toolkits (pitch decks, case studies, playbooks).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design creative solutions within technical constraints.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, sales, and finance teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple partners and campaigns concurrently.
  • Familiarity with card-linking platforms (e.g., Cardlytics, Figg, Rewards Network) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with restaurant partners participating in card-linked programs and act as primary internal contact for program success.
  • Collaborate with partners to translate business objectives into tailored card-linked offer strategies and seasonal campaign plans.
  • Develop and maintain sales and account enablement materials including pitch decks, playbooks, onboarding guides, and FAQs.
  • Design card-linked campaigns within platform constraints, optimizing offer structures, targeting logic, and redemption mechanics.
  • Coordinate with card-linking platform vendors, data partners, product, engineering, and operations to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on internal calls, trainings, and strategy sessions to support sales and account teams.
  • Troubleshoot partner-facing issues (transaction matching, reporting discrepancies, billing) and drive timely resolutions.
  • Monitor program health metrics, report on performance, and recommend optimizations and process improvements.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Relevant industry experience in restaurant, hospitality, payments, or financial services preferred.
