About the job
As an integral member of our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in elevating our digital marketing assets, workflows, and optimization. Areas of focus include email marketing, graphic design, SEO, paid ad management, and analytics.
As a part of the team, you will:
Perform the setup, implementation, and maintenance of marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Monitor and optimize automated campaigns to ensure optimal performance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement website changes aimed at improving user experience and conversion rates.
Perform SEO updates to optimize landing pages and other website elements.
Create and optimize digital assets for the website, social media, and marketing emails.
Design graphics and layouts for print collateral and tradeshow booths.
Setup, maintain, and optimize paid ad campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
What you know:
You have Bachelor’s degree in marketing, related field, or equivalent experience, and:
Must have experience using Marketo Engage or an equivalent marketing automation platform.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques.
Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite).
Experience managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns focused on lead generation.
Basic knowledge of SEO and Analytics best practices and tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

At Alfa Laval, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine your total compensation package. We rely on market indicators to determine compensation and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to get it right. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary and will also be dependent on your location. The base salary for this role is typically $72,000 - $85,000 annually.
