Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted P&C advisor to regional leaders, translating business objectives into people strategies.
- Deliver day-to-day performance management support including coaching, counseling, career pathing, and PIPs.
- Partner with global P&C functional leads to localize and execute programs across onboarding, L&D, engagement, and benefits.
- Lead and resolve complex employee relations issues through compliant, objective investigations.
- Provide input on workforce planning, succession management, and organizational design.
- Act as the voice of the Americas on the P&C leadership team to influence global strategy and ensure regional alignment.
- Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and compliance operations to meet regional regulatory requirements.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).
