- Strong technical aptitude to read and discuss technical designs and tradeoffs
- Proven program management experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience coordinating complex test and integration activities
- Ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders concurrently
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, including some international travel
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day schedules and engineering management for integrated project teams
- Plan, coordinate, and execute hardware and software test events
- Own delivery of outcomes across multiple programs, resolving cross-team dependencies
- Remove obstacles, manage escalations, and drive clarity and progress
- Partner with engineering and product leaders to scope, staff, and deliver capabilities
- Track and communicate program status; define efficient reporting processes
- Understand technical architectures and propose implementation alternatives
- Manage cross-functional initiatives spanning hardware, software, and test operations
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Equivalent experience in technical program or engineering roles accepted
