- Rigorous systems integration and test experience (HITL/SITL, V&V)
- Hands-on debugging across software, electrical, and mechanical domains
- Proficiency with network analysis (Wireshark, TCP/IP, UDP) and serial interfaces
- Scripting and data analysis (Python, bash, MATLAB) for log parsing and test automation
- Experience running formal customer sell-off milestones (FAT, SAT) and fielding products
- Comfortable in lab and field environments with hardware test rigs and test instrumentation
- Ability to translate interface documents into validated real-world interfaces
Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on integration of heterogeneous hardware and software to deliver baseline end-to-end data flow and scale complexity.
- Own Verification & Validation (V&V) activities and translate SRRs into SRDs and real-world test campaigns.
- Develop and validate Interface Control Documents (ICDs) on the bench and in operational environments.
- Design, build, and execute Hardware-in-the-Loop (HITL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SITL) test rigs and test plans.
- Perform multidisciplinary anomaly triage across mechanical, electrical, software, and network domains.
- Drive root-cause diagnosis using logs, scopes, and network analysis (Wireshark, TCP/IP) and implement fixes.
- Partner with TPMs, SWEs, and systems architects to balance schedule, technical risk, and resource allocation.
- Lead FAT/SAT and customer acceptance milestones and support field deployments and operational transitions.
- Travel to field and customer sites to lead complex operational deployments and iterate system robustness.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree preferred but not required if equivalent hands-on SEIT experience is demonstrated
