VP of Channel Partnerships & Alliances

Analyst1 is a cybersecurity leader specializing in advanced threat intelligence and automated investigations that improve security operations. The company is seeking an experienced, hands-on VP/Director of Channel Partnerships & Alliances to build and scale partner programs (VARs, MSSPs, SIs, technology alliances) that drive revenue and market share.

Skills

  • Proven experience building and scaling channel partner ecosystems (VARs, MSSPs, SIs, OEMs)
  • Strong track record of exceeding partnership and sales targets
  • Expert negotiation and contract management skills
  • Ability to design partner programs, incentives, and GTM motions
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, marketing and customer success
  • Data-driven performance tracking and partner business review capability
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and threat intelligence markets
  • Leadership experience managing and enabling partner-facing teams

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a comprehensive channel partnerships and alliances strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Recruit, onboard, enable, and manage VARs, MSSPs, System Integrators, OEMs, and technology alliance partners.
  • Collaborate with internal sales leadership to drive joint opportunities, co-selling, and sales enablement activities.
  • Develop and oversee partner programs, incentives, joint marketing initiatives, and go-to-market motions.
  • Track, analyze, and report partner performance; conduct regular business reviews and optimize strategies to meet targets.
  • Negotiate partner contracts, manage high-level escalations, and represent Analyst1 at industry and partner events.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success to align partnership objectives and customer outcomes.
  • Build executive-level relationships with partner leadership to ensure long-term, strategic collaboration.

Education

  • BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Relevant industry or sales certifications a plus (e.g., partner program, sales training)
