We are seeking an HR Generalist who will support day-to-day human resources operations, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. This role partners closely with clinical and operational leadership to support workforce needs, maintain regulatory readiness, and uphold a culture of accountability, quality, and service excellence. The HR Generalist plays a critical role in onboarding and orientation execution, as well as preparing for and supporting regulatory body surveys and audits.
***This position is being offered as a Hybrid role and in order to be considered you MUST live within driving distance of our San Antonio office location. This role may also require some travel to branch locations and participation in on-site regulatory surveys.
