1st Year Representatives typically earn between $65,000-$95,000 annually, with bonuses starting Week 8 in the role, and recurring / long-term revenue beginning in Year 2. Aflac provides Telemedicine and Health Advocacy at no charge and other benefits at a discount. In addition, there are non-monetary perks such as paid trips and flexible work schedules. Detailed compensation will be gone over at the 1st Interview.
