Services Sales Manager - Public Sector - job 1 of 2

Zscaler is a cloud-native security company accelerating digital transformation with a Zero Trust platform and AI-driven capabilities. The Services Sales Manager - Public Sector will drive Professional Services bookings across the U.S., partnering with account teams and channel partners to scope technical services, produce SOWs, and ensure long-term customer modernization and success.

Skills

  • Proven services sales experience in security or software industries
  • Strong track record of meeting services bookings or quota targets
  • Ability to create clear SOWs and service proposals aligned to customer needs
  • Experience engaging with Public Sector customers and procurement processes
  • Skilled at translating technical requirements into commercial offerings for non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Sell the value of Professional Services to prospective and existing enterprise public sector customers
  • Own services bookings quota and meet attach rate targets in assigned territory
  • Execute technical scoping engagements and develop Statements of Work, proposals, and resource plans
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Architects, and channel partners to create integrated proposals
  • Build and maintain partner relationships to drive joint pipeline and successful delivery handoffs

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Relevant industry certifications or training in security, cloud, or sales preferred
