Responsibilities
- Lead project scoping, pricing exercises, impact assessments, and initial analysis.
- Facilitate Solution Definition meetings with stakeholders to define cohesive, scalable solutions.
- Plan and align cross-functional teams around delivery objectives and solution scope.
- Translate business objectives into actionable solutions that adhere to IT and architecture frameworks.
- Identify process improvements, innovation opportunities, and efficiency gains for client engagements.
- Support estimation and proposal efforts by clarifying scope, dependencies, and risks.
- Partner with Operations, Technology, Finance, Compliance, and Tax to ensure comprehensive designs.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer internally and to clients to support delivery best practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and present solutions to executive-level stakeholders.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant professional training or certifications in business analysis, solution architecture, or project management preferred
