VCA is looking for a seasoned leader to join the Digital Partners + Fintech team. This Director will serve as a senior leader within VCA’s Digital Partners + Fintech team, responsible for driving consulting revenue, leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering high-impact engagements for some of Visa’s most strategic technology and fintech clients. This role combines commercial ownership (selling and account expansion) and engagement leadership (end-to-end delivery) while shaping Visa’s position as a trusted strategic partner to the digital ecosystem.
Engagements may include payments and digital commerce strategy, competitive and performance benchmarking, card and wallet value proposition development, customer life cycle analytics (acquisition, engagement, retention), personalization, customer segmentation, loyalty optimization, propensity modeling and geospatial insights to name a few.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 163,500 to 276,800 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
