Responsibilities
- Define and own end-to-end DevOps strategy: CI/CD, IaC, automated testing, release management, and observability across environments.
- Standardize the development pathway from prototype to staging to production, including AI and low-code/no-code projects.
- Architect and manage AI lifecycle: prompt engineering environments, model orchestration, validation pipelines, and API integrations.
- Design, operate, and optimize global cloud infrastructure (primarily Microsoft Azure) for high availability, security, and scalability.
- Establish governance frameworks for model usage, cost control, compliance, and enterprise security (RBAC, sandboxing, data isolation).
- Implement scalable deployment patterns using containers, serverless, microservices, and orchestration technologies.
- Recruit, mentor, and scale global DevOps, cloud engineering, and AI infrastructure teams; define operating models and workflows.
- Own technology budgeting, cloud cost optimization, vendor evaluation/management, and ROI-driven infrastructure investments.
- Lead enterprise integration strategy, API/data ecosystem design, and real-time data pipeline architecture.
- Maintain ownership of digital infrastructure assets: DNS, domain registries, SSL lifecycle, global routing, and platform performance.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years in IT DevOps, AI infrastructure, or cloud engineering
- At least 3+ years in leadership/people-management roles
- Proven experience taking products from MVP/prototype to production-grade systems
