Strategic Account Executive 4

Twilio is a remote-first communications platform company that enables businesses and developers to build customer engagement via messaging, voice, and email. The Strategic Account Executive 4 will manage and grow Twilio's regulated-vertical accounts in the growth and mid-market segments, driving revenue, gross margin, and cross-functional collaboration while running consultative, data-driven sales cycles.

Skills

  • Proven enterprise/major account sales experience with quantitative, analytical products or solutions.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience building account strategies and using data to identify and quantify opportunities.
  • Proficiency with sales forecasting and financial modeling.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with product, finance, support, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand key regulated-vertical customer accounts across messaging, voice, and email services.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue, gross margin, and profit goals.
  • Identify and drive new revenue opportunities across an assigned account portfolio.
  • Serve as a cross-functional account lead coordinating product, finance, support, and services teams.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and disciplined forecast using Salesforce.
  • Run deep discovery and consultative sales cycles focused on customer needs and compliance requirements.
  • Present forecasts and account guidance to executive management.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
