Skills
- Experience building scalable software systems and familiarity with distributed systems concepts
- Ability to build web applications that deliver strong user and developer experiences
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deployment/configuration tooling
- Strong verbal and written communication and collaborative engineering habits
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and maintain full stack features, APIs and services
- Participate in design discussions and whiteboarding with a small collaborative team
- Perform and provide thorough code reviews to uphold code quality and standards
- Support production operations, including builds, releases and on-call rotation
- Write clear technical documentation for features, APIs and runbooks
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
