The Opportunity
Trust Wallet is looking for an Operations Associate to support the operational infrastructure of a fast-moving, globally distributed crypto wallet team. This is a junior-to-mid-level operations role where you'll own internal coordination systems, drive cross-functional accountability, manage external platform relationships, and keep projects moving across a lean remote organisation.
You'll work closely with senior leadership and touch every function in the business. It suits someone who is structured, persistent, comfortable operating autonomously, and motivated by making things work rather than being seen.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Cadence & Coordination: Manage internal meeting rhythms, track action items, enforce reporting schedules, and identify process improvements.
Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional dependencies, follow up on deliverables, and gather information for external requirements.
External Platform & Partner Coordination: Handle relationships and administrative tasks with external platforms and partners, including communication and escalation.
Platform Credentials & Access Management: Administer access and maintenance of key platform accounts and related administrative tasks.
Project Coordination: Drive coordination for high-priority projects, track progress, and escalate issues to leadership.
Company Events: Plan and manage logistics for company events, including vendor coordination and post-event follow-up.
Operational Administration: Provide supports with other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
4+ years of professional experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar execution-oriented role. Industry is less important than working style and pace.
Experience in or exposure to the crypto / Web3 industry.
Strong organisational skills with demonstrable follow-through.
Comfortable working asynchronously across multiple time zones in a fully remote environment.
Proficient with collaboration tools (Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, spreadsheets). Willingness to pick up new platforms quickly.
Self-directed. You can take a brief from leadership and run with it without needing step-by-step supervision.
Reliable and responsive. You reply promptly, meet deadlines, and flag risks early rather than explaining misses after the fact.
This is a global and fully remote role. You must have the right to work for the country you are based.
